I was looking forward to having a chat with you and it turned out that you didn’t have things to talk about.
One of the keys to successful blogging is to build a community – a place where like-minded individuals hang around, share ideas and express their opinion.
Having a new blog is quite an exciting experience. You put in a lot of time and effort with the objective to build a successful blog. You want to attract more readers, subscribers, leads and customers.
You want your visitors to hang around for a long time when they visit your blog and keep coming back for more. When that happens, you would know that you are on the right track.
Now, there are things that you need to pay attention to in order to make first impressions last. A fact is, you could be attracting visitors to your blog but losing them instantly as soon as they land on your blog.

Beginner bloggers usually get excited about their brand new, stunning blogs with cool graphics and all that.
Some new bloggers get obsessed with the design and all the nice stuff, not realising that’s not what makes a blog successful.

I’m totally blown away by the exposure and the recognition that my blog has been getting lately. Looking back a year ago, I never thought my blog would be where it is today.
What’s my secret to growing a popular blog? Well, there is none actually. It all started with a passion and a burning desire to succeed.
I figured blogging was the most important strategy that I needed to learn and master if I wanted to build my brand, credibility and trust.

Is Your Blog Plagued By Spam Comments?

However, some of my regular commentators were getting flagged by Akismet as spammers and I just hated spending a lot of time deleting the spam comments and retrieving the genuine comments.
I recently started noticing that most bloggers have a checkbox for their commentators to confirm that they are not spammers, as you can see below when you leave me a comment
