Very good post, Mavis – I love how you outlined the benefits of keyword research.
Choosing the right keywords can definitely make or break a business; knowing that, why would anyone skip this very important step?
One thing I wanted to note though is that once you get on the first page of Google, it doesn't mean that you will stay there. Someone can definitely sweep you off that spot, so you need to continuously build your links and work on other SEO improvements.
