In my experience, most of the lost money is in the start-up and trial phase. Once you start doing something you know works and learning your metrics, everything else becomes easy. So the question then becomes, “how can I solidify my plan and focus on one thing that I can learn to replicate or expand?”
The 97% isn’t an astounding statistic as 95% of new businesses fail within the first year (may be first 5 years, I forget). So that’s really only 2% over baseline.
You need to find the right mentor and a proven marketing system, Rubin.
