Welcome to another round of Ask Mavis!
Last week I showed you how to make it easy for your readers to retweet your content, using a cool plugin.
Have you installed it on your blog already? If not, check out my article on this right here:
So, this week I wanted to talk about a WordPress plugin that you can use to increase comments on your blog. It’s called CommentLuv.
This is the plugin that includes the commenters’ last blog post link at the end of their comments when they submit their comments, giving them great exposure. This is an “incentive” that encourages your readers to leave you comments.
Not using CommentLuv and still wondering why you’re not getting a lot of comments?
See why thousands upon thousands of bloggers choose CommentLuv over any other commenting system out there:
This plugin gets even better!
With the new version, you’re now able to give your readers the opportunity to choose a link they want displayed from their last 10 posts.
You can also decide on who can have this generous choice and get dofollow links:
- Only registered members
For your readers’ convenience, there’s an option to allow them to register on your blog so that they can have their 10 most recent posts to choose from.
The good news is that, there is a premium version of CommentLuv coming that will have much more control of how the plugin works as well as exclusive features like keyword name, inline registration and much much more!
You just need to sign up in the plugin settings in your admin area.
All good so far, right?
Now, here’s something that I have observed recently…
Some Bloggers Got Off the CommentLuv Express!
Since the upgrade to the new version, I have noticed that some bloggers got off the CommentLuv express, without even knowing it! How?
CommentLuv is not activated by default when you upgrade to the new version. So, you have to configure the settings for it to work. Very easy to do. There are short videos in there to help you every step of the way
Be on the look out for CommentLuv 3.0 Premium coming soon!
CommentLuv Plugin Key Takeaway
If you want to encourage and reward commenters on your blog, then you need to install the CommentLuv plugin.
And, to make sure it works perfectly, configure the settings and join the community!
